How to BLOCK extension to extension calls?

We are reaching MAX limit of simultaneous calls allowed under our license.
We want our users to use MS TEAMS for internal calls and not use 3CX extension to extension.
Is there anyways to block extension to extension calls in 3CX?

I like this suggestion, but it is a little bit of an administrative hassle. You would have to update every extension every time you add a new user. Still, this works without any coding. I believe there are limits to the number of entries permitted?

I can offer a different, far more complicated alternative. You could monitor all calls using the Call Control API and when a restricted call is detected drop the call. Or, you could use the API to update all extensions in an automated way. But, depending on the number of extensions and the frequency of changing / adding staff, this may be more work to write than just updating each extension manually.
