Solved How to change 3CX hosted instance FQDN

Hi all,

I have recently deployed my instance to 3CX hosted and I accidentally used the wrong FQDN name.

Is it possible to change it?

Hi @john145813,

In order to change the FQDN of your instance, you need to do the following:

1) Request to delete your instance by opening a support ticket

2) Once the hosting team confirms the deletion of your instance, release your FQDN by:

• Login to your customer portal and navigate to Subscriptions (on the left menu).
• Click on the license key you want to release.
• Press the release button next to the FQDN.

3) Redeploy your instance by clicking on the 'Switch to Hosted' button next to your license key from your Subscriptions page, follow the installation procedure and define your new FQDN.
