How to change audio settings on the new Win10 app?

Hello

When I go in the Audio/Video settings of the new Win10 app, I see the message "The current device does not support media settings"
And everything is grayed, can't change.

I Also the "headset integration" is set to None.
I don't know what that option does, but I have a Yealink WH66 headset bluetooth connected to the PC.

I would like the Win10 app to use it's own settings, and not use the global PC settings, especially for audio settings.

It seems you may have the 3CX Desktop app in CSTA mode. Bring the Dialer up and make sure the Desktop App is selected as seen below:

Indeed I was able to change the settings after doing that.

What about Headset integration?
I read somewhere you support Yealink headset, but I do see Yealink in the lis here :

Yealink headset integration support is not available yet but it is coming. It should be available in a future 3CX update of v18.

I'm curios with the Yealink WH66 does the caller name display on the screen with the integration setup? Is the screen usable with 3cx features or just headset?
