How to change ringtone on Yealink T42G phone?

Hi,

I login to the Extension and under phone provisioning. I see configure default ringtone. I set it to ring3 and configure quee ringtone to ring3. and Reprovision the phone. I tested it and the ringtone did not change? is there some place else i need to set it ?

If you make any changes in the Phone Provisioning, you need to re-provision the phone to take affect.

As above you can click on ‘reprovision’ icon, or wait until the next update which happens every 24 hrs

As I stated. After I made the changes to the provision tab. I went into the phone and did a re provision on the phone. No matter what ringtone i select and change it to. and do the reprovision. it always play the same ringtone.

Are you sure the phone re-provisioned? Some times they don't. if you are able to see the phone, is the red light flashing, if so it is re-provisioning, if not try to factory reset the phone, and provision it again, see if that works.
