How to change the admin web port 80 & 443

Hello I make this changes:

/etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf

#Listen *:80
Listen *:81


/etc/httpd/conf.d/ssl.conf

#Listen *:443
Listen *:444

#<VirtualHost_default_:443>
<VirtualHost_default_:444>

and open the ports in the firewall of elastix and router, "service httpd restart" but don't work!!!!.
