Do you not need to configure anything. 3CX will accept Update messages by default. Are you facing an issue with this scenario?

Yes I can see on the logs that if my sip trunk carrier sends UPDATE SDP message to 3cx, 3cx will send 500 internal server error

Can you share your log with us so we can see what is going on? Also what PBX version are you using?

182.161.64.66 - SIP trunk carrier
