How to configure call routing

Hi,

When a called number is busy, the caller hears a standard voice message like "record your message and press pound (#), or press star(*) to contact the operator."

How do I set up so that when caller decided to “press star(*) to contact the operator” the call will be routed to the operator?
I cannot find instructions in the 3CX manual on this procedure. Could you please help in this.

You setup the operator within 3CX Management - Settings - PBX Settings , Operator Extension
