How to configure for the first time?

Hi guys.

I have installed 3CX and have done the first configuration. SIP trunk is registered and shows online. I also have installed 3CX Windows Client and it is online too. How to continue configuring further? I mean extensions are already routed to use this SIP trunk for outbound calls, or I need to do do something about it?

I know this is a noob question, but couldn't figure it out.

You need to create outbound rules and read the manual: https://www.3cx.com/3cxacademy/learn/ & https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/
They are first line of defense against any config issues. Then when you are really stumped, check back here and tell us where you are stuck.
