How to create a playable link in Salesforce customers activity page?

Just integrated V20 U8 with Salesforce. It's great to see they now send the call recording link to the activity record.

However, I only seem to be able to download the link and not play it directly. Ideally, I'd like to have something like the attached image embedded in the activity so I can play the record directly.

Is this possible?

That would probably need to be embedded in the salesforce page and given that it would be a cross-domain media player widget, browsers may not like it even if you get the widget there - now there might be ways to get a browser extension that prefetches or just presents media links as playable widgets on the "local" domain.

It works for Zoho when we use a custom field. Probably need to do the same for Salesforce and then modify/copy the template to adjust it for that.
