how to disable Block WAN requests is ON

Hi
i have added sip trunk how registration is failing keeping getting error : Block WAN requests is ON

SIP request (REGISTER) from xx.xx.xx.xx was rejected. Reason: Block WAN requests is ON. . Message:. REGISTER sip:xx.xx.xx.xx SIP/2.0. Via: SIP/2.0/UDP

so any idea how to fix it .

Block WAN requests is for inbound registrations. Your trunk should perform an outbound registration (from the PBX to the provider). So if the IP in the error is from your provider then you need to have a word with them.
