How to enable the 3CX mobile cell phone app to call

Im failing to call from my webpage and from my cell phone device, now when I check my event log it keeps on saying this following message; There was no user or outbound rule found for the number 0717558892 that Ext.30710 dialed. Can someone please help

Have you also created an outbound rule in order to allow outbound calls?

What's the simplest rule to set, I just want to call whenever its necessary

You can create a simple rule to allow all outbound calls:
