Hey

How to get a call redirected to a user inside 3cx app

The user has number 307

Is it possible to call the user directly form "outside"

ex. a customer call in on our main number, can he in a way choose the reciever 307, by write 307

Use an IVR. Then the caller can simply dial the extension in the menu.
