How to implement a PIN LIST

We are Testing this Sip server and it is very good indeed, but, as of now we are stuck.
Our Setup here is:
We have many extensions, and the way we use to control the callings is, when a user wants to get an external call he is asked for his/her personal PIN NUMBER after the external number is dialed using a certain route.
So it goes like this:
User calls external number(using a dial code) -» the PIN Number is asked -» if the PIN NUMBER is correct the call goes on, if it is incorrect the call gets hung.

Does anyone know if it is possible to have the same setup on 3CX Phone System?

As I understand it - pin code is dialed to unlock the extension - but the pin is associated with the extension - they are not global.
However, I do not use this feature.

In the manual http://www.3cx.com/manual/3CXPhoneSystemManual11.pdf on page 69 there are a couple of paragraphs regarding the PIN protect feature...

From the manual...

"Pin Protect
You can configure an extension to allow outbound calls only after the user dials the PIN number
for the extension. This feature called PIN Protect can be enabled from the Extension’s settings >
Other tab > Extension options.

When the feature is enabled for an extension, the user will need to dial 777 and insert the PIN
number of his extension followed by a #. The PBX will inform the user that access has been
granted. The user can then proceed to dial the desired external number."

It sounds as if this is on a per extension basis, as craigreilly suggests.
