how to insert a header to the out-going message?

Hi all, i have set 3CX phone system to forward all inbounds to an extension client MyClient I wrote by myself. I would like to insert a header to the message sent out to MyClient when an inbound is forwarded to MyClient. Could someone tell me how to insert a header to the out-going message?

I am not sure, but I think 3CX is working on or has an API for 3CX that would allow you to do what you want. I don't think the API is available in the free version. I may be wrong about that though. Maybe someone from 3CX can pop in here and let us know.

Correct, the API is only available in commercial versions.
