How to join a ringgroup by user

Hi

How can a employee join a ringroup by himself ?

And how can ringgroup members having individually ringing sequences?

Example: external call is incoming to a ringgroup. Incoming call shut ring immediaetly for two persons. But for three other employees the ringing sequence shut be delayed for 15 seconds.

You create two ring groups. Put the first two sets in to one, which you seem to have aready. Set the unanswered destination, after 15 seconds (or however long you want) to the second ring group, where you have added the other two sets.

Note that a user can not join their own extension to a ring-group unless they have privileges to do so in the Web Gui.
Queues however, are a different story.

As mentioned a user cannot join their extension to a ring group. This can only be done by someone who has access to the management console.
There are 2 polling strategies in Ring groups. The first is Ring All which will ring all extensions simultaneously and the second is Prioritised Hunt. This will ring agents one at a time depending on their position in the ring group for the set amount of time. If no one answers then the call will reach the destination if no answer.
If these options do not meet your needs then you will to apply the solution @leejor suggested and deploy multiple ring groups.
