How to make international call to any mobile phone from 3cx client Pro version?

Starting with the statement that I am using 3cx for the very first time so I barely know anything about it.
I have a 3cx pro version setup with outbound extension running on my smartphone. Now how can I make outbound rules or whatever to dial any mobile number over the globe?
