How to orphan STUN phones

Hi Guys,

i've got a customer who had to up and leave their office.

What is the best way for me to orphan their phones?

They're still using their EXT on mobiles.

Hello @kieferschild

You mean they left their phones there and left? You can delete them from the extensions and then change the extension credentials. You can also blacklist the public IP of the office the phones reside.

Hi, Yes they were in a shared office which they no longer work from.

Great, I completely forgot about deleting the phone from extensions - I was overthinking the solution.

they've dropped off the phones tab now.
