How to receive a welcome e-mail?

Hello all,

I am trying to connect 3cx assistant which is a little bit difficult for me. It'd be easier with the provisioning URL but I haven't got a welcome e-mail. What should I do?

if you go onto the consle and find the extension list there is an option there to resend the welcom letter.
