How to remove VM pin for desktop phone in 3cx startup pro.

There are no options to remove the Voicemail Pin. Additionally, the voicemail pin cannot be null even with the dedicated instances, 3CX Pro, or even with on-premise and self-hosted systems. A Voicemail PIN is always required. Only in the other versions mentioned can voicemail be disabled for an extension, but if enabled requires a 4-digit pin.

I mean , if need to listen VM, I just press VM button can listen the VM , no need to enter teh VM pin

From where are you listening to the VM? Are you pressing the VM button from an IP phone, for example? if so, you will be asked for the VM pin, there is no way to remove this, I'm afraid.

In this scenario the PIN is always required. If you are using a 3CX app and you have a voicemail you can listen to it without needing to enter the PIN.

so can we change the VM pin in case ?

You need to dial into voicemail (99999) and enter your pin. Then press 9 for options and then 7 to change your voicemail pin
