Does anyone have instructions on how to replace the default voice in Festival
Googled everywhere and the instructions I have found are not working
The only 2 that I can get to work are Kal and Ked which both sound pretty rough
When I change the default in usr/share/festival/siteinit.scm and then try to make a text2wave file it generates a 0 Byte wav or gsm file
Is there somewhere else that this needs to be changed?
I installed Google TTS and that works for custom extensions but doesnt work for Agenda and text2wav I am assuming that there is some code that I am missing that needs to be changed for this to work
We are setting up to host several elastix installs so having these agenda and text2wav working would be great
I would even be open to compensating someone to work with us on this
