I am trying to migrate from free self-hosted to free-hosted as the self hosted free has been sunset.
After trying to configure my first router phone, and it failing, like others on the forum, I am getting "An IP has been blacklisted".

Waiting 24 hours or opening a support ticket for $75 both seem onrous for a "free" product.
I had even considered upgrading to the SMB version, but that too has no functionality to whitelist an IP.

As I see support reads the forums, I am posting to ask for whitelist functionality in all versions of the product, or at least a lower timeout value.

Thanks

As @SteveITS mentioned you need to ensure first that the ip phone is on the latest 3CX Supported Firmware version to avoid this issue. If you want to remove the blacklist you will need to contact us with a Support Ticket otherwise you have to wait for 24 hours.

I did check the firmware, however I looked again today and it turns out a SIP-T58V is not the same as a SIP-T58W even though they look the same, and a SIP-T58V is also a T-56A which is not on the router phone list.

Thanks for the assist.
