How to send SMS when the call is missed.

Hello,
I am using the system hosted by 3CX. And I am using Telnyx for SIP and SMS.
I want to send the SMS to the caller when the call is missed.
How to implement this? Thank you in advance.

There's no built-in way beside email2sms.

Yes with some development.

A lot of our customers use Zaiper and parse the email to trigger an SMS message for missed calls or voicemails. Note that you should be letting the customer opt in to receive the SMS message IE give them the option to be texted.
