Solved How to set up multi-user per phone?

Hello

We're moving away from the 1 person, 1 desk model in our organisation.
People use desks as it suits them or work part time in one office, partime in another.

What is the best way to manage this with physical phones?
I'm thinking about a system where a person can switch a phone to his/hers extension.

We mostly have Yealink T-46S devices.

Therefore you can easily use hotdesking in 3cx.
Just provision the phones as hotdesking and enable hotdesking in each extension.

As above use hotdesking - requires Pro or Ent license

Another option is to use the 3CX application or 3CX webclient

Hotdesking is indeed exactly what I need, I was not familiar with the concept.
