How do I setup the pbx to allow calls to 811, 411, and such type services?
I've tried setting up an outbound rule for calls to a number length of 3 starting with prefix 8, and I cannot get the system to let me call 811.
Also didn't know if I could simply create a rule that just says "for length of 3" and no prefix to handle *11 calls? Feel like that might be a bad idea since the internal extensions are 3 digits long.
When I make a call this is what I get in the log:
Call or Registration to 811@([email protected]) has failed. xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx replied: 404 Not Found; from IP:xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:5060
Thanks.
