Hi,

Is there a way to sync specific group of users from Azure AD to 3CX? I do not want to sync all users, just users from specific departments.

Why these buttons are greyout?

There is no way currently to sync groups. Only individual users. You need to use "Only these users:" and select all those you want to sync.

Make sure you configured the integration correctly and that the realtime notifications are working.

What do you mean by "realtime notification"? I haven`t performed initial synchronization with M365 yet, so I believe this could be a reason why I have these buttons greyout.

Then you need to configure the integration. It cannot sync if it doesn't have permissions in Azure AD.

I would love to be able to sync just a specific group.
In my case I have in AAD 320 users but I also have 2000 "users" from sharepoint (external to my company) and I am unable to tell 3CX to not sync those 2000...

Yes please add the Sync group option, this will safe so much time.
I do not understand, why 3cx is not aware of use of this function.

I’m integrating a manufacturing company, only about 1/3 of all and user need 3CX.
Everybody is in aad (sso to other system) but not everyone need a phone extension.

Going one by one is not a long time solution.

I've a customers that has a AAD with 5000 users in different OU but he can't add user by user....it'd be too complex.
It'd be better to have the possibility to select also the groups and set the EXT from M365.

+ 1 for the group. if a user is in the group the extension is created. if the user is not a member of the group then the extension should be removed automatically.

+1 for group sync. I work in Higher Ed, and we have groups for staff, faculty, and students. It would be awesome if I could just sync FT staff and FT faculty as those are the only ones who get phone extensions.
