SweetAction 3CX MVP Gold Partner Joined Jan 19, 2018 Messages 3,464 Reaction score 2,323 Jan 10, 2022 #2 If custom fqdn - it's their cert If you look at the cert you can see who issued it - anything besides LetsEncrypt - it's their cert It technically is possible to issue a LE cert manually for a 3CX FQDN but would be a massive amount of work for no real benefit.
