Solved How to transfer without a 'transfer' button

Hello world!

I have a VOIP to POTS thing that I got working with 3CX a few days ago. Being a POTS phone, it has only the ten numbers, *, and #. Is there a star code I can use to transfer someone from within the company (not mobile agent service)?

I assume you are using the phone with an ATA. The transfer function would be a function of the ATA. In most cases, a hook flash will result in a second dialtone The extension can be dialled and attended transfer done. Most ATAs have a star code (dialled after a flash), to allow a blind transfer. Check the ATA manual as the code can vary.
