How to update vtiger to last version

hello, i am spanish and i dont write very well english, i have one site of joomla cms and the vtiger bridge to my version of joomla needs vtiger 5.3

How to update it?
Have problems to update?

You cannot upgrade to Vtiger 5.3 as Vtiger 5.3 requires PHP 5.2.x or better.

Elastix only has PHP 5.1.6 installed as many external applications still require PHP 5.1.6 as they have not updated their code for 5.2.x / 5.3.x.

My recommendation is that if you really need to upgrade your Vtiger, it will be best to run on another Server or wait for everything to update to PHP 5.2.x+ then Elastix can use a later version.

No se puede actualizar a 5.3 Vtiger ya que requiere de PHP 5.2.x, o mejor.

Elastix sólo tiene PHP 5.1.6 instalado como muchas aplicaciones externas todavía requieren de PHP 5.1.6, ya que no han actualizado su código para 5.2.x / 5.3.x.

Mi recomendación es que si usted realmente necesita para actualizar su Vtiger, será mejor para correr en otro servidor o esperar a que todo lo de actualizar a PHP 5.2.x + y Elastix puede usar una versión posterior.
