How to upgrade or migrate to StartUp Pro from 3CX hosted Standard 8SC?

My currently plan is about to expire and the renewal cost is $375 ($175+$200 for hosting).

I fall within the requirements for the new StartUp Pro plan for $150 which includes hosting, but I don't see any way to switch to it. If I click upgrade I only get options for more calls.

Do I need to create a whole new system/instance and reconfigure everything with that? Any help/instructions would be appreciated, all I can find is guides on migrating to or away from 3CX hosting but I'm not trying to do that.

Hi @LWMTech,

Currently, the StartUP launched a couple of weeks ago and it is on Alpha version. The StartUp Pro edition is not available at the moment but, soon it will be available publicly.

I am suggesting checking the list of features for each edition to match them with your company's needs and then moving forward.

Additionally, if your choose to go with the StartUp Pro, you will need to configure it from scratch as there is no functionality to restore from backup.

Gotcha. I tried setting up a StartUP (free) instance, but it doesn't seem to be compatible with FlowRoute so I'll have to wait for the Pro plan to come out. I ended up moving to the free selt-hosted plan for the meantime.
