How to use 3CXBackupCmd in Debian

Hi!

I'm trying to backup 3CX using the 3CXBackupCmd command in 3CX version 20 on Debian.

The help states that you need to run this command as the phonesystem user:

I'm logging in as root.
But either way, I get an access error.
root@3cx:~# sudo -u phonesystem 3CXBackupCmd --help
find: Failed to restore initial working directory: /root:

Can you tell me how to find out the password of a phonesystem user?
How do I properly archive from a command line in version 20?

Run it outside of /root:
/root# sudo -u phonesystem 3CXBackupCmd --help
find: Failed to restore initial working directory: /root: Permission denied


:/# sudo -u phonesystem 3CXBackupCmd --help
Info: 3CX Backup command line tool.
