I am trying to get my building's enterphone (Viscount Enter Phone 2000) to talk to 3CX via a HT802V2. The wiring setup is as follows:

1. Wire from enter phone into port 02 of HT802
2. Wire from analog phone into port 01 of HT802

The system uses a Windows SBC that is visible on 3CX. When calling from my cellphone, the analog phone on port 01 rings as expected.

The problem I have is that the second line to port 02 is always "off hook". I have tried manipulating as many settings as I can and it won't go off hook. I tried an old PAP2T and that shows the same line as 'on hook'. Is there something I can do to the config to make this problem go away? Screen shots attached.

Hello!

Sorry for reviving an old Thread, Have you found a Solution? I have the Problem with one HT802 and one HT802v2.

Hi,

Please note that we do not offer support for the HT802V2.

If you have issues with the line being constantly open, you need to contact the manufacturers.

Its not only the HT802V2, Its also the HT802. So its 2 Devices, same Problem.

If you factory reset the device back to default settings, and do not provision it with 3CX, it still shows off hook when the analog phones are connected?

Freshly resetted:

FXS 1 Off Hook Not Registered 5060

Hmm then it clearly seems like its a hardware related matter since it is not even provisioned and shows off hook.

Have you spoken with Grandstream support yet to help troubleshoot?

You can also try changing the SLIC setting manually and rebooting (do not provision yet) and see if you find one that matches your setup.
