Solved htek UC840 not working.

I have installed 3cx v18 standard version on Amazon web server and running fine.
I have installed 3cx sbc on local raspberry pi400 and show active online in 3cx console.
I have hooked up IP phone htek UC840 on the local network, 3cx console is showing the phone via sbc but it is not working. Any guidance or suggestions will be highly appreciated.

Have you assigned the user to an extension? As long as it's in bold in the Phones page, it's just detected and not provisioned.

Thank you for your kind response. Yes, you are right. It is in bold and user is also assigned. Server config path also is ok but still not working.

Finally, it worked. I upgraded the firmware and it worked. Thanks.
