our company uses a html 'start page' for easy access to links to URL's, documents and folders.
all users have access to the simple 'start page' via web browser.

i know there are some http calls you can do with 3CX (like make outbound calls with a simple url)
is they any possible way to implement a login/logout/hot desking kind of system using html + 3cx ?



if fred logged into the 'start page' i would like the phone to know fred is at the desk and configure the phone as per his config.

Yes one can actually do that using the hotdesking SSO urls, have a look at the logon/logout batch files documented and downloadable from http://www.3cx.com/docs/snom-hot-desking/
