HTTP 500 Internal Server Error

Hallo forum,

I have downloaded the hotel module v2, I receive no errors to suggest a problem but on attempting to access the module, I receive the error message 'HTTP 500 Internal Server Error'.
I have removed and re-installed the program but I receive the same problem.

I would appreciate any assistance on this matter,
