Huawei Incoming Calls

Good day

I have 2 staff members that is using huawei P40's.There is no problem dialing out or using the feathers of the app the problem is that when a extension tries to dial the user the push notification does not open the app and notify me that there is a incoming call. If I keep the app open and try phone it I just get a missed call notification.

Phone: Huawei P40
Firmware: EMUI 11.1.1.208

3CX Version: 18.0 Update 2 (Build307)
3CX Mobile Version: 18.0.3.17
Mobile Network: LTE & Wifi
Server Network: The mobile app in connecting using FQND from Public network
