Hi,

We are trying to integrate with HubSpot but all the docs seem out of date and we cannot find a template in admin -> integrations -> CRM. Please can somebody confirm if this integration is still available or if we now have to make our own using: Integrating a CRM using the CRM Integration Wizard

Are you checking this on the 3CX Web Client > Admin > Integrations > CRM? Or on the Client side Settings > Integration? This is a server side integration, so you need to configure it on the server side. A screenshot of what you see might shed some light.

Hi,

You might have deleted the template by accident (this would be visible in Reports-Audit Log). If you have a system on update 6 you can copy and re-upload the template from there. On final versions the templates are available for automatic redownload, but not on Beta versions.
