Hubspot 3CX Auto Open Contact does not work

When using the CRM Integration of Hubspot the Auto Open Contact "Call Pop Up" function does not work.

I configured it in the 3CX native App and the webclient (Version 18).



However the Record from the Hubspot contact does not apear. It also does not show a blocked pop up or similar.


When i set the URL manuall to open https://app.hubspot.com/reports-dashboard/2645091/view/258393?&globalSearchQuery=%CallerNumber% it works.

Does anyone know why?
For the number i am calling, the contact URL is returned correctly.

Did you configure contact menu option to match exacly? Then you can see what's going on by turn on verbose and checking the files logs on 3cxsystemservice.log.

Remember you need to test the popup from your extenal number not from internal extension.

I actually did not change anything, but it seems to work now
