hubspot contact creation email required

We've configured the crm hubspot integration. We want to make email required when new crm contacts will be created when receiving incoming call. Standard only Firstname and lastname is required. Is this something we need to change in the xml template or in 3cx? Or is it not possible?

I don't find it in the xml.

Those requirements are hardcoded in the Webclient and cannot be changed via template.

You could edit the template to skip the contact creation if the email is not provided, but the user will not see any error, just no contact being created, so it's not a good UI practice.....
