Let's go step by step. First, let's check that the integration is properly configured. Please go to the 3CX Console > Settings > CRM > Test button, enter a phone number that should be present in the CRM, and run the test. Do you see the contact result?

Yes it works well. The number is entered as a new contact with the number with 10 digits formet. But cannot trigger Popup windows when the call is entering.
