I have now tried 3 times to set up HubSpot integration. Each time I am getting as far as 'Authorise' and getting the same response from HubSpot:-

The redirect_uri does not match the client registered redirect_uri. Please contact the integrator.

I clearly can't be the first person to try setting this up and am just missing something somewhere - but having now tried on 3 separate occasions I'm getting close to dumping the 3CX trial and moving on.

From googling around the subject, it appears to be something to do with the https:// address I'm entering - but I'm cutting and pasting including the "/api/oauth2crm" at the end.

Anyone run into and overcome this before?

What Redirect URL are you configuring when you create the app in Hubspot? Please note that it should be the same URL that you use to access your 3CX console, adding "/api/oauth2crm" at the end. The documentation has a screenshot where you can see an example:
https://www.3cx.com/docs/hubspot-pbx-crm-integration/

So, for example, if you access your 3CX console using the URL:
https://my-pbx.example.com:5001

Then you need to set up the following URL:
https://my-pbx.example.com:5001/api/oauth2crm

Please note that it is very important that you use exactly the same URL that you use in your 3CX console when you're doing the authorization. If you access your 3CX console using IP address, then you need to put the IP address. If you're not specifying the port number, then you must not specify it in Hubspot.

I am cutting and pasting the Management Console URL from the intial welcome email and appending the /api/oauth2crm at the end. Following the instructions (3 times) letter by letter - same result every time.

Please send me a private message with 2 screenshots:
1) From Hubspot so I can see the Redirect URL configured.
2) From the 3CX Console, where I can see the URL in the browser.

I see the same problem. Is there already a solution?

@RichardW was entering a wrong Redirect URL. You need to ensure that it is properly built according to the URL you use to access your console. You can send me a private message with the screenshots I asked before in this thread, so I take a look at your configuration.
