Solved Hubspot Integration Problems

Hi

We use hubspot and had 3cx crm integration working for years now.

However, the integration doesn't work properly anymore. The problem is in the query:

When entering a swiss or liechtenstein number, formatted like +41 81 123 45 67 or +423 123 45 67 the query will only pass the following values:

+41 81 123 45 67 = "value":"234567"
+423 123 45 67= "value":"234567"

So the number is shortened.

In 3CX Management Console, open “Advanced” > “Contacts” > “Options”, set the matching strategy to "Match exactly" and click “OK” to save.

First of, that's a setting for the length passed to the API (Advanced > Contacts > Options > Match X digits/Match exactly.) Set that to at least 9.

As for the numbers, they need to be saved as E164 or at least in one value, not separated by -, (, ), or a space. So, "+423 123 45 67" should be "+4231234567".
