Hubspot intergration 3CX

We are in the process of integrating HubSpot with 3CX, but we are facing an issue with field mapping. We have two questions regarding this:

1. How can we customize the field mapping from one system to the other? In other words, how do we determine which field corresponds to which field?
2. Is it possible to enable the 'calling' button in HubSpot to work with 3CX? Please refer to this explanation for other third-party tools.

I'm not sure to understand what you mean. There is no field mapping to configure. Can you please elaborate?

3CX doesn't integrate with HubSpot in this way. You can use the click to call feature provided by 3CX, to convert any phone number in HubSpot to a click to call via 3CX link.

Thanks for you reply. So we can't adjust a field assignment in 3CX? In other words, we can't choose which field goes into hubspot?

No, you can't if you use the standard template. You can always create your own template, and change the fields as you need.

The template is an XML file that you upload to 3CX.

3CX will use the default fields in regards to integration. In case you want to use custom fields then you need to create a custom template depending on your custom fields.
