Hi, is it possible to only log certain calls in HubSpot, e.g. only calls that went to a sales group/queue?

Also is it possible for 3CX to create a "deal" in HubSpot?

Yes you can filter what calls to log by modifying the XML scenarios. precisely the ReportCall one.

And by default it cannot and the scopes are not there for it. You would need a lot of customization to do deals and it doesn't make sense since it would create a deal for each call.
