Solved hwawei no sound outgoing call

ver 16 server windows
app ver 16 normal and beta
HUAWEI Mate 20 Pro
Android ver 9

on outgoing calls on local and remote no speech to the remote device.

in coming call no issues heard although not many calls received 5 tops.

firewall passed and others phones working Samsung and iOS.all working perfectly.

tried another phone Samsung using QR and works fine so must be phone.

any help or others have the same?

Dial *777 for echo test, and see if you hear your voice when you speak.

ok had to uninstall setup ext reinstall on Android QR new ext, all worked. doesn't help finding the issues but have the outcome we desired.

I'm glad it was resolved, possibly a misconfiguration issue I would speculate
