I am trying to assign greeting on Avialble status

I am trying to assign different recorded audio for each status for a user from the settings of the user under the Greetings tab. It's working fine for all the statuses (like Away etc.) but not working for Available status. Can anyone suggest why it's not working for Available status?

Hi @HARVINDER SINGH

Is your available status forwarding the calls to voicemail? These greetings are voicemail greetings so the call must reach voicemail for the greeting to be heard.

Thnaks @YiannisH_3CX , No it is not going to VM. I want to configure BLF for day and night mode. so how that can be done ?

You can not use a BLF for that. You will need to use office hours or the "Override office hours" option in the admin view.

@YiannisH_3CX , But if I want to do from IP handset, is there any way(May be short code).
Let me explain the scenario here. I want to set up it via IP handset, so when I need to set the phone to out office at custom time (say some day I need to go out from office at 3 PM rather than the normal out of office hours and need to set it at after hours voicemail), how this can be done?

It cannot be done via an IP Phone for StartUP. You need to use a 3CX app like the Webclient or Desktop app and the override function like above.
