Solved I cannot access my console. Please help...

I created a 3cx hosted system. I received the email with the console ext and password. When I enter it, it says the password is wrong. Also, when I try to create myself a new user from the 3cx portal it won't work either. The issue is after confirming my email account, the user in the portal disappears. Need guidance, please.

When you created the 3cx hosted system , during the process iit would have asked you for an email address. At the end of the installation it would have shown you the https web address , username of password and the username of admin and the password (it would have told you to make note of these details), these details would have emailed to the user setup during the installation.

These is the details you need to login into the 3cx mangement console - username of admin and admin password

You are trying to log into the 3cx using webclient details - extension number - this is not the admin account
