i cant login to my management console using google

hi,
im trying to login to my account using google account and it didnt work and i was working on the console 15 minutes ago but its not working now and i dont have the credentials for the extension so i cant login using the extension number and i dont think that i added mny email to the extension
is there any solution for this problem

You cant register your account without an email address. Use your email from your 3cx portal.
