OK I admit I missed that part, I'm aware that BT hardware is rarely seen outside the UK but I'm also aware that often if you peel back the label on ISP-specific routers you find a generic model or at least the same hardware and/or firmware may turn up in different boxes.Did you see the part where he's on CGNAT? Aint no BT hub in UAE
Also it didn't look like CGNAT, ( or walk like CGNAT or quack like CGNAT) it really had the look of a (cheap) router problem. Router not firewall as I can't believe a half-way decent firewall would have one-sided port forwarding, even most home routers I've seen do it right. Unless I don't understand CGNAT properly (quite likely) I think you'd have a hard time getting that many inbound ports open.
