I like the option to search in the record by number in the manager roles.

We have an agent who likes the option to search in the record by number in the manager roles, which was present in version 18 but is no longer present in version 20.

He needs it and uses it. How can we find a solution for him?

A manager can see the recordings from their own webclient view. They dont need to go into the Admin console for this



This is a view from an Update 5 PBX. In update 4, you will need to click on the 3 dots below and they should see the recordings button.

You will need to enable this on their extension though, to be able to see this

In version 18 it was like manager could download multiple recordings in zip format but now role manager can't download them together. but in version 20 must download one by one it's hard for multiple recordings
is there a solution

But there are no filters on your screenshots, as in the global recording option in admin menu that's available system owner role. Will this filters are be developed in the future?
