I am on V15 and planning to stay on it for a little while more.
The problem is that we lost access to the Freshdesk.zip integration package following some tests we had to make between the 2 environments, and I am now asked to upgrade to V16 to get the package...
Is anyone, still on V15, able to send me the Freshdesk.zip integration available from the CRM settings area on the Console ? It would be greatly appreciated !
